A few years ago, I started on a journey to make healthier choices for my family - whether in the food we eat, exercise we get, or products we use. I firmly believe that food is medicine and affects how we feel from day-to-day, but also our long-term wellness.
With time, I realized that moderation plays a big part in maintaining this lifestyle. I learned to find a balance between cooking healthfully at home and eating out at restaurants.
I consider myself someone who “lives to eat” and truly enjoy a delicious meal out. I hope that sharing my experiences at various restaurants, as well as some basic, go-to recipes can be helpful as you’re deciding on your next meal and incorporating better choices into your life.
